- Skinny Dipper oysters
- Old Bay seasoning
- Heavy cream
- Shredded cheese (mozzarella, provolone, and/or reggiano)
Top freshly shucked Skinny Dippers with a dash of cream, spoonful of melted butter, and heavy sprinkling of cheese. Dust with Old Bay seasoning. Place directly on the grill on high flame or in the oven at 375°. Roast 8-10 minutes, until butter and oyster liquor bubbles in the shells and cheese is completely melted with slight golden color.
Pro tip:arrange your oysters on the grill/oven safe tray lined with crumpled tin foil to keep shells from tipping.
