Everything you need to know about our oysters:

Huckleberry
Approximately 2-3 inches

They say wonderful, delicious things come in small shells. The same perfect soft-salt flavor in a cocktail size shell. Boy, do we have a treat for you.

Skinny Dipper
Approximately 3-4 inches

Our pride and joy. These select oysters are a little salty, a lot sexy, and the most fun you’ll have with any oyster out there.

Chunky Dunker
Approximately 4+ inches

These bivalves don’t skinny dip, they chunky dunk! You say you love oysters? Prove it! Also great for fried or roasted oysters. **bonus** After slurping, the shells are big enough to use as a cereal bowl.

Oyster FAQs

How long will my oysters keep?
Oysters will be just fine hangin’ out in your refrigerator un-shucked for about 7 days. Just leave them in the net bag (don’t put them in a plastic bag) and place in a bowl so they don’t drip in the fridge. It’s best to cover them with a damp towel to keep them moist and cool.

Should I put the oysters on ice?
Not until they are ready to serve. Oysters won’t like being on ice in your refrigerator. So, if you are serving them raw, put them on ice right before service and while you are shucking.

How will my oysters be packed?
We pack the oysters in netted bags. The Graul’s Team can put them in a paper bag for you at the store for transportation home.

When do you harvest the oysters?
We harvest the day we ship them and they get to the stores the very next day. So, those babies are fresh!

What if I can’t pick up my oysters by my selected date?
For Thanksgiving pre-orders, your order will be available for pick-up until Sunday, November 29. There are no refunds for holiday pre-orders.
